The former Elaine's becomes a restaurant-as-vague-tribute from the folks behind the Parlor Steakhouse, Michael and Susy Glick, with a menu of regional food that won't have much trouble outstripping the rather tepid reputation of Elaine's food—which was never the point of the place, of course—and a range of comfort food.
